We took our pasture raised pork shoulders, seasoned them with our signature SPG seasoning and smoked them on the Charcoal BBQ until tender. Simply thaw out, Heat up and enjoy anyway you wish – sandwiches, nachos, pizza or just out of the container. Please specify in comments which size packages you would like.
